Registration closes March 21, 2027. If you have registered, the JGT Team will email your registered address when it is time to upload a video link.
Three rounds of Jains Got Talent
1. Submit a 3–5 minute virtual entry, including an introduction, by April 18, 2027. Selected contestants will be notified by email for the semi-final round and may upload background music for semi-final and final performances by May 2, 2027. Label separate semi-final and final music tracks clearly.
2. Semi-final rounds take place July 3, 2027 and July 5, 2027. Selected performers should plan their arrival accordingly. The JGT Team will notify participants of any schedule change.
3. Grand Finale performance times will be announced at the convention. Only qualifiers are notified for the next performance round. Every semi-final participant receives a certificate; top performers receive appropriate awards.
Detailed guidelines
1. Register for the JAINA Convention before applying for JGT. Include the convention registration number (CRN #) assigned during convention registration.
2. Participants are encouraged to incorporate the JAINA Convention theme: “Unity in Diversity: A Path to Peace”. This is a scoring factor.
3. JGT has three age groups, divided into solo and group performances. Groups include the original participant and may have 2–5 total performers. Each performance is limited to 5 minutes, including entry, introduction, and exit.
4. Age group 1: 17 years and under. Age group 2: 18–40 years. Age group 3: 41 years and above. A group is judged in the highest age category represented.
5. Participants compete within their age group. You may participate in up to one solo and one group performance. Any type of performance or talent is welcome. JGT/JAINA may merge or add age groups based on entry numbers and will communicate any change.
6. If performing in both a solo and group act, register each performance separately, using different devices if required.
7. On performance day, bring stage props and instruments. Tell the JGT Team in advance about props or stage setup help. Props must be appropriate for the JAINA Convention.
8. If using media, provide a USB copy on the performance day and keep a backup. Upload virus-free, high-resolution video at a minimum of 1080p; do not upload 4K or 720p.
9. No footwear is allowed on stage when using Bhagwan’s idol or pictures on stage.
